Traditional Cabernet Sauvignon Vinegar aged in French Oak

Since 2005, we have been making vinegar in the traditional French Orleans method. Everything is done by hand. Our beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar contains no preservatives, is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and is aged for 1 year in small French Oak barrels. Our customers will use no other vinegar.
