NuPasta

Weight management is a struggle for many Canadians as our meals have been filled with sugars, carbohydrates and fats, all of which increase our caloric intake. To assist in this quest for better health, we have developed a fibre-based pasta that is low calorie: NuPasta. Diets that are fulfilling and taste good are sustainable, and sustainability means results.

NuPasta is the low calorie pasta made with konjac. The konjac plant is a root vegetable rich with dietary fibre called glucomannan, the key ingredient in NuPasta. As a gluten free product, NuPasta contains no starch with 0 net carbs. A full plate (210g) of regular cooked pasta contains about 300 calories and 2g of dietary fibre, the same amount of NuPasta contains 35 calories and 6g of dietary fibre. NuPasta is also gluten free.
