Galloping Cows Fine Foods

Galloping Cows started 25 years ago as a side business on a dairy farm. Today it is a family-owned enterprise using field grown fruit and vegetables to produce jams, and pepper jellies. They produce a line of 6 artisan, all natural, pepper spreads (red, hot, wild blueberry, cranberry, orange, garlic) which have been presented at the Toronto International Film Festival, the Golden Globes, Oscar gifting suite in Hollywood & produced for grocery, specialty food, private label, and food service. The Pepper Spreads have a Latin profile, clean label, all natural, convenience item both for entertaining use and provide short cuts in the kitchen for chefs. We are proud to be providing value-added agricultural employment in a rural economic depressed area.
