Gidney Fisheries Limited is a wholesaler and worldwide exporter of live and frozen (HPP) High Pressure Processed lobster meat. They deliver high quality premium hard shell Atlantic lobster that is MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certified for sustainable practices. Gidney Fisheries buys directly from local fishermen and as a result, have a year-round inventory of fresh and frozen lobster with a shorter supply chain.
To assure high-quality lobster, they complete daily blood protein analysis on the lobsters to measure the blood protein levels that show biological maturity ensuring that the lobster will live well in their facility and live long and well for customers after international shipment. This results in a healthy lobster with low mortality rates and higher ratio of meat-to-shell.
