Intermiel’s honey is available at the farm and on the shelves of your favourite grocery store year-round. You can easily spot it; just look for the jars with the flowers on the lids!

All our honeys are natural and non pasteurized, which preserves vitamins and nutritional properties. Enjoy the full flavour of our liquid or creamy honeys and discover the subtleties of our different varieties of floral source such as buckwheat, clover, golden rod, blueberry, apple, and many others.

Has your honey become crystallized? Fear not! It’s normal for non pasteurized liquid honey to become crystallized with time, but it is still good. Heating the jar in a double-boiler for a few minutes brings back its original texture. Don’t forget that honey is a non-perishable food.
