Les Bergeries du Margot

Les Bergeries du Margot are a family owned farm located on Quebec’s Gaspé Peninsula that is dedicated to producing seaweed-fed lamb. The addition of seaweed to a lamb’s diet produces superior taste and marbling. Six other farms located on the Gaspé Peninsula also produce seaweed-fed lamb and are associated with Les Bergeries du Margot.
