The Preservatory

The Preservatory – a place for creation. Located on Vista D’oro, a bucolic ten-acre farm and winery in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia; The Preservatory has been creating delicious and versatile preserves since 2002.Utilizing traditional cooking methods combined with innovative flavour pairings while using ‘at their peak’ in-season fruits, highlighting the in-season locally grown fruit found at Vista D’oro and other farms throughout the province of BC. All natural, no pectin and lower in sugar than traditional jams, The Preservatory preserves truly shine with fresh fruit flavours.
