No, really. Our brand of awesome just happens to be a gluten-free product. We started out on this journey with a purpose of giving people who suffer from celiac disease and others with dietary needs something delicious. Wheat flour is not the end all and be all of baking, and we wanted to prove that. So, we came up with our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix, which is a cup-for-cup substitute to flour. Cool, right?

Then we took Cloud 9 further. We realized that a gluten-free diet appeals to not just to those who are wheat intolerant — people with food allergies or people who want to feel good about what they’re eating by eating “clean-ingredients”. Our promise to strive for awesome and deliver delicious products resulted in healthier, better products!

Cloud 9 has grown to be one of Canada’s premier suppliers of gluten-free, allergen-free and delicious food products. We’re pretty chuffed.
