The Northern Quinoa Production Corporation (NQPC) or simply, NorQuin, is a specialty grain and food processing company headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. NorQuin is the largest vertically-integrated producer of quinoa, which is 100% Canadian grown and traceable back to the source. Some examples of their quinoa products include instant quinoa, golden quinoa flour, quingel, puffed quinoa, quinoa flakes and more.

Growers must apply and provide information to 3 years of previous crops, herbicide use, and burnoff. Production and processing in North America offer a reduced carbon footprint.
